The Ayurveda definition comes from traditional Hindu system of alternative medicine, which is based on the idea of balance in bodily system: body, mind, spirit using comprehensive holistic approach especially by emphasizing diet, herbal remedies, exercise, meditation, and yogic breathing. According to Ayurveda, the human body is composed of five basics- space, air, fire, water and earth manifest in the human body as three tridosas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Next, Cranberry Rose Scrub with natural alpha-hydroxy acids applied for gentle exfoliation with artichokes sticks and lymphatic drainage massage followed by gemstone guasha massage. Watermelon extract with herbal tea and rose water are applied to detoxify, hydrate and bring more color to the skin. The Skin Rejuvenating Blend Oil is dripped to the 3rd eye chakra for meditation and relaxation effect followed by gemstone massage over the face.
